Nadya, a responsible business director, works from morning till night and is the breadwinner in the family. She has long forgotten what family happiness is. Her husband Sergey does not care for her and is always exchanging messages with someone on his mobile. Her adolescent daughter Nastya tries to avoid contact with her mother. On her birthday Nadya realizes how much her family members have become alienated from one another, and decides to bring them back together. She takes her husband and daughter to their country house, but gets in a terrible car crash on the way. When she comes to herself after a coma, she is told that her husband and daughter are dead, and that now she has to learn how to go on.
