This is a story about a talented singer Valentina, who achieved success while she was still a student at a university of Culture and The Arts in 1966. It is at this point in time that Valentina gets to know the leader of a popular jazz band, a man who is later to become her husband. But the happiness of an aspiring singer does not endure for long, and a whole succession of problems and betrayals awaits her, but she overcomes them all, and achieves a meteoric career and finds a new love.
