Lyuba, a student at a medical institute, is losing her beloved mother. Almost immediately the heroine is stricken with another blow: Lyuba learns that a negligent dad, a reveller and drunkard, is not her biological father. In desperation, the orphaned girl goes in search of the real father, which her mother’s friend tells her about.
Contrary to her fears, her father and half-sister Katya warmly greet her and accept as one of the the family. In addition, love comes in her life: a new friend Andrew is set on a serious relationship, and Lyuba already dreams about a wedding… However all plans are ruined by the fateful coincidence: Andrew turns out to be her sister’s boyfriend.
